Anna coordinates the home inspection and works through any repair negotiations. The lender orders the appraisal to confirm the home supports the loan amount.

Closing

Title and escrow finalize paperwork, you do a final walkthrough, and funds transfer at closing. Most Nevada purchases close 30–45 days from accepted offer.

Keys

Recording completes, keys transfer, and Anna stays reachable for anything that comes up after you move in.

Does Anna charge buyers a fee?

No. In a standard Nevada transaction, the buyer's agent commission is paid by the seller through the listing agreement, not out of pocket by the buyer.

Can Anna show homes listed by other agents?

Yes. As an NNRMLS member, Anna has full access to every active listing in the regional MLS, regardless of which brokerage represents the seller.

How far in advance should I get pre-approved?
